View and update LMS account settings

When accessing your account information you can see your subscription information, including:

  • Subscription status
  • Number of days remaining in your trial period
  • Last four-digits of the credit card on file
  • Current invoice

Since Percolate is software-as-a-service (SaaS), you can change your plan or update payment information dynamically. We’ll prorate the price we charge, so feel free to make changes at any time.

Updating your plan

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, perform the following steps:

  1. Click the Account link.
  2. Select a plan from the Plan drop-down.
  3. Click Update Plan.

Adding or changing credit card information

To add or change credit card information, perform the following steps:

  1. Click the Account link.
  2. Enter the credit card number in the Card Number field.
  3. Enter the security code on your card in the Card Security Code field.
    Note: Find the security code for Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card on the back of your card. It is a 3-digit code located next to or just to the right of your signature. Find the security code for American Express cards on the front of the card. It is a 4-digit code located to the left or right of the embossed card number.
  4. Enter the expiration date in the format of MM/YYYY in the Expiration Date field
