Courses 101: Truly leveraging multimedia to overcome knowledge gaps

Percolate LMS™ truly enables you to leverage your training content for multiple purposes. It does this by providing the ability to add various content types, set their order and include attachments.

Determine the content to administer

When determining the content to add for a course, consider the types of content your learners need to learn, practice and sustain learning. Ask yourself these questions:

  • How do you deliver training in your organization?
  • How do you offer additional learning opportunities?
  • Which learner types benefit most from your existing program?
  • What types of content do you use to assess learner competencies?
  • Is your training content subject to continuous change, or is it relatively stable?

The answers to these questions vary by organization. In some cases, a blended approach is best. In other cases, maybe the answer is standard documentation, facilitator-led training, self-study, job aids or online learning. In every case, Percolate LMS™ provides the flexibility to manage training administration.
